Responsibilities & Context:
Build CRM systems for leads, customers, follow-ups, and pipelines
Design sales dashboards (targets vs achievement, conversion stages)
Track sales effort, pipeline movement, and performance
Build accounts and receivables tracking systems
Build inventory tracking dashboards
Create integrated dashboards combining sales, inventory, and receivables
Design approval workflows (sales → management → execution)
Implement routing mechanisms using Google Sheets and automation tools
Configure role-based access and permissions in Google Sheets / systems
Automate workflows using Zapier / n8n / Make
Write and maintain Google Apps Script for custom logic and controls
Maintain, improve, and optimize existing systems
