• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Cost & Management Accounting

• CA-CC, ICMA (Partly)

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories

• Age 30 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Have adequate practical knowledge regarding preparation of General product costing such as Accessories & Packaging industries.

• Familiarity with standard costing, activity-based costing, product pricing, cost audits.

• Confirm and validate Product BOM (Bill of Materials) with Product Development and Production teams to ensure accurate costing data.

• Provide product costing expertise to Product Development team during product creation cycles to advise on key cost drivers and options to adjust costs to meet margin targets.

• Update actual material consumption in BOM, including man-hour, machine-hour, utilities, and overhead allocations.

• Prepare, analyze, and monitor cost sheets for products/services.

• Support management in pricing decisions by providing accurate costing data.

• Cost sheet preparation, variance analysis, budgetary control.

• Investigate material variances, rejections, and wastages, providing actionable reports for corrective measures.

• Intime response to Sales team to provide various products pricing, biding to customers & approval from Management.

• Develop and implement cost-control processes to improve operational efficiency.

• Prepare and present MIS Reports on time to support management decisions

• Prepare and analyze Monthly Raw Material Consumption based on sales.

• Carry out Budgeted Raw Material Analysis and compare with actual consumption.

• Any other task assigned by Management at time to time.
