- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and lead generation
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or marketing role (agency experience is a plus)
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
