Responsibilities & Context:
Terraprime Hotels and Resorts Limited is a real estate development company working on premium hotel and resort projects in Kuakata and Sreemangal.
We are looking for smart, target-driven, professionals for the position of Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing to handle real estate (focused on hotels and resorts) investment sales, client communication, and tele-sales operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
Identify and communicate with potential individual and institutional investors
Present investment proposals and close sales deals
Maintain client pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups
Promote and sell hotel & resort investment shares
Conduct client meetings and field visits when required
Make outbound calls and follow up via phone, email, and messaging platforms
Convert leads into confirmed investors
Handle client queries and objections professionally
Supervise and guide tele-sales team
Coordinate with marketing and internal teams for campaign execution
