Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and managing a strategic planning framework by driving an effective and efficient planning cycle. Promoting cross team-working for the Strategy, Planning and Implementation team - day to day workflow management.
∎ Controlling central planning according to capacity and 100% capacity utilization in minimum cost. Make own production plan by analyzing existing resources.
∎ Fully responsible for micro planning of knitting, Batching, Dyeing & finishing by using maximum utilization of source & achieve production target as per KPI within the TNA plan on daily basis.
∎ Make knitting plan on daily/ weekly/ monthly basis with the knitting Target & Considering the buyers/required parameters.
∎ Make sure Verification of Yarn STOCK before starting the knitting as well as monitor the stock on daily basis.
∎ Create the BATCHS with ERP system with proper sequence as per machine capacity with BATCH CARDS according to production order.
∎ As per dyeing machine plan prepared batch card with proper information details (including Order quantity/Batch quantity/Trims fabric ratio/Color approved details & then handover the batch card to dyeing dept. with proper document.
∎ Select processes for the orders, removal extra processes to reduce cost of production. & improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning, Information Support and Analysis. Optimize Manpower Utilization.
∎ Make Daily dyeing plan based on m/c capacity & process time line & hit the production target & give to Batch preparation dept.
∎ Keep the monitoring the Production Plan of dyeing & finishing machines on day to day basis & m/c to m/c basis.
∎ Make sure next batch should be prepared in advance for every machine.
∎ Make the knitting, dyeing & finishing production data update in ERP system on daily basis & execute the order within the TNA.
∎ For Re-Work batch Qty. follow the SOPs & again prepare the plan for dyeing & take follow up.
∎ Overall, follow up the smooth delivery of finish fabric according to TNA.
∎ Ensure the safe working conditions, Material Handling, Compliance requirements and a good housekeeping all the time.
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment target & analyze and evaluation of production plans and present operational performances.
∎ Any others tasks assigned by the management from time to time.

∎ Strong leadership, team management, problem solving and multi-tasking skill.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Production Planning system.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within production planned time.
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Needs to have Strong knowledge/understanding of Planning& coordination.
