LPG industry, Production planning, Production Process, Production/ Operation Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide direction on production priorities and work with the subordinates to meet production and profitability goals.
∎ Identify opportunities for improving production outcomes, remove obstacles to operator performance and resolve conflicts or uncertainty and capable of preparing various report time to time.
∎ Responsible for overall maintenance and leading the production team.
∎ Continual development of EHS practice in plant premises.
∎ Develop and maintain a Remote Facilities Budget.
∎ Advise executives on the latest equipment technology to place the organization in a situation for long term growth.
∎ Work to reduce burden cost by consistently reviewing the perishable supply items and recruiting new options
∎ Ensure that the resources i.e. machinery, tools, workers, etc. are efficiently deployed and closely monitor them to ensure timely completion of given tasks.
∎ Experience with Bulk LPG ship unloading operations.
∎ Develop and maintain the company safety manual.
∎ Any other relevant task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must have experience in the LPG industry will get preference.
∎ Deep knowledge of production management.
∎ Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
∎ Experience in reporting on key production metrics.
∎ Possess technical knowledge and be adapt at all phases of the manufacturing process.
∎ Basic computer skill is a must.
