Educational Requirements:
∎ Academic Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from any reputed institution (UGC Approved).
∎ Professional Certification: Any professional degree will be considered as an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate Affairs, Operations
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining liaison with different Govt. /Semi Govt. authority like Secretariat, BIDA, BERC, BSTI, BPC, Department of Explosive etc.
∎ Processing Fire License, Factory License, Environmental Clearance Certificate, DC NOC and other necessary documents for project development.
∎ Monitoring & supervising concerned with all licenses applicable to business/ operations and regular update their expiry date for renewal
∎ Maintaining liaison with the enlisted legal firms, Courts etc.
∎ Dealing with land related activities such as purchase, mortgage, registration, deeds & agreement etc.
∎ Coordinating land-related all legal matters & maintain liaison with various Govt. and Non-Govt. organization such as AC Land office, Tehsil office, Sub-Registry office.
∎ Maintaining all documentations relating to LPG and make sure they are always up to date as per Bangladesh gadget.
∎ Any other relevant task assigned by the superior.

∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fluent in writing, reading and speaking in English.
∎ Outstanding organizational skills.
∎ Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
∎ Basic computer literacy is a must.
