About the Role
We are a leading and well reputed LPG company in Bangladesh, seeking a ‘Plant Manager’ to oversee our operations at our Mongla filling plant, ensuring safety, efficiency, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Maintenance
Oversee daily LPG production, storage, and distribution.
Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements.
Plan and supervise maintenance of filling lines, CRP, jetty, and fleet.
Safety & Compliance
Enforce HSE standards and conduct safety drills.
Train staff on emergency and safety procedures.
Maintain compliance with LPG regulations and licenses.
Team Leadership
Supervise and train plant staff, promoting teamwork and accountability.
Inventory & Supply Chain
Track LPG and cylinder inventory to prevent shortages.
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners for timely delivery.
Financial Oversight
Prepare budgets, monitor costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
