Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Graduate from any good educational institute
∎ Should have adequate skill in MS Excel and MS Word
∎ Should have good communication skill
∎ Having a Motor Cycle driving license is must
∎ Working experience in the Security Guarding Service Industry is must.
∎ Skills Required: Good comunication skill, Internet Browsing, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
experience to handle Security Guarding Operation.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work as a team player under security guarding division.
∎ Responsible for overseeing the entire operations.
∎ Managing security operations and leading operations team.
∎ Develop and implement security service policies and procedures.
∎ Individual instructions for each post, attendance, use of security equipment, dress standards and training, etc.
∎ Handle any security related issue in coordination with clients.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the management.
∎ Ensure regular updating of the post by the respective patrol officer and operation officer both day and night.
∎ Ensure providing required service to the clients through our security guards / post supervisor. Maintain close contact with the clients, receive their feedback and take appropriate measure accordingly.
∎ Carry out security survey and conduct security investigation.
∎ Routine submission of reports.
∎ Regular communication / meet with clients.
∎ Maintain inter department correspondences.
∎ Be ready to undertake any other task's given by the higher authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having a Motor Cycle driving license is must
∎ 3 Years work experience to handle Security Guarding Operation.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
∎ can be negotiable if the candidate has vast experience in the relevant field.
