∎ The applicants should have 5 years’ experience in Building Material Industries, Home decor or Furniture Company.
∎ Good Liaison and Communication Skill with the Architects & Engineers.
∎ Good Liaison with PWD.
∎ Good English communication skill.
∎ Ability to move frequently
∎ MS Office Applications.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve individual and team’s sales and revenue target monthly and yearly
∎ Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction
∎ Visit the customers daily, do the site survey, meeting and understand their requirements
∎ Frequently visit the Architects to build brand image and incorporate products specifications
∎ Prepare sales/revenue forecast and implement strategies to achieve sales, revenue, profit, and market-share objectives of the company and deliver on annual and quarterly sales/revenue/profit plans
∎ Received and customers complaints and ensure service delivery.
∎ Job Context: We are looking for some dynamic, self-motivated & passionate candidates for the following posts for field sales team. The candidate will contribute to the company by generating new business from both corporate and wholesale & retail sectors. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and buildup strong relationships with customers.
