Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve given sales and collection target from Head of Corporate Sales.
∎ Maintaining regular communication with present and prospect customers.
∎ Need mindset to visit frequently clients office as we as all prospective places for collecting sales.
∎ Motivate and guide sales team members to improve performance and achieve set goals.
∎ Monitor the activities of sales personnel to assess performance and productivity.
∎ Compile, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide reports to management of performance.
∎ Organize meetings to discuss sales activities and take decisions on strategies necessary for improvement.
∎ Ensure collection on time as per the contract with the customer.
∎ Develop product knowledge for give the proper information to customers.
∎ Prepare yourself to meet company sales target both individual & team performance.

∎ Age 28 to 35 years
