∎ Masters/ MBA in Finance or Accounting and qualified or partly qualified of CA/CMA/CCA

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing/Recommending effective financial strategies and plans for the management of company resources to maximize bottom line results and return on investments
∎ Identify areas of improvements for accounting processes and systems and implement accordingly
∎ Create and establish yearly financial objectives that align with the company's plan for growth and expansion.
∎ Conduct periodic financial analysis to identify and resolve issues, gaps or variances
∎ Review the companies accounting system both works and analyzing as well as calculating risk amount & risk factors.
∎ Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls
∎ Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
∎ Prepare Budget, Budget Revision, and Budget Variance Report and ensure budgetary control
∎ Monitor the results of pricing decisions by evaluating performance in relation to budget and profit margins and communicating with the sales Department
∎ Planning and execution of the Tax & VAT management system with a proper understanding of the business nature of the company so that the company can be tax-efficient and tax compliant
∎ Maintain liaison and closely work with the banks and other financial institutions, Tax & VAT circle offices and solve the barriers related to company Tax & VAT issues
∎ Analyze business performance and market behavior through Business Intelligence and Marketing Research
∎ Prepare all relevant papers and statements needed for audit process and Collaborate with internal and external auditor and mitigate the queries satisfactorily
∎ Supervise the accounting department to ensure the proper functioning of all systems, databases, and financial software. Provide regular maintenance and backup of all accounting systems
∎ Ratio analysis for financial planning
∎ Preparation Pre-& post cost customer wise profitability analysis
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 7+ years of prior supervisory experience in the finance & Accounts Dept.
∎ Experience working in a CA firm or professional services firm is preferred
∎ Skills Required: Proper knowledge about Accounts, Audit, LC, Tally Software and Internal Audit
∎ Must have strong ability to Team Leading, Strong interpersonal, supervisory and customer service skills required.
∎ Must have proper knowledge about Microsoft Excel and Word.
∎ Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
∎ Excellent organizational and management skills.
∎ Analytical and communicative, creative problem solving.
∎ Flexible, ability to work independently.
