∎ The ideal candidate should possess leadership experience in handling accounts of renowned US-based buyers such as KOHL'S, GAP, KENTOOR, and LEVI'S, preferably within a well-established corporate entity.
∎ Strong knowledge of garment production processes and quality control.
∎ Excellent negotiation and communication skills, Leadership and team management abilities.
∎ Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project management and merchandising.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To deal with the Senior Buyers independently in fluent English for all the merchandising activities including marketing, sales, instant price quotation, negotiation and sourcing.
∎ Leading a team to ensure order execution and shipment has been done on timely manner to organizational objective.
∎ Make sure market survey & market research & find out potential clients for business development.
∎ Do trend analysis to develop strategies for product categories based on customer current and future needs achieving organizational goal.
∎ Maintaining good communication & relationship with buyer & supplier.
∎ Coordinate with factory team for proper & in time production & shipment.
∎ To follow up running orders, all approvals including samples and accessories, PP meetings, yarn and fabric status in order to start production and on time shipment.
∎ To prepare price quotations for new orders based on customer requirement.
∎ To monitor quality inspection report on bulk fabric and inspection report on garment production to prevent any low-quality products from shipment.
∎ Prepare regular reports on key merchandising metrics and present findings to senior management.
∎ Any other task/assignment as required for the position as given by the company.
