Education:
∎ Bachelor/Honors
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 12 years of experience in screen printing operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
∎ Strong knowledge of screen printing techniques, equipment, and production processes.
∎ Ability to lead and motivate teams.
∎ Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
∎ Proficient in production planning and control.
∎ Good communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, organize, and manage daily screen printing production schedules.
∎ Supervise and coordinate the activities of screen printing staff.
∎ Ensure product quality meets company and customer standards.
∎ Monitor workflow to ensure optimal utilization of resources and minimal downtime.
∎ Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure machines are operating effectively.
∎ Maintain production documentation, including job orders and quality records.
∎ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
∎ Coordinate with other departments (e.g., design, warehouse, QA) to meet production goals.
∎ Manage inventory of inks, screens, chemicals, and other printing supplies.
∎ Train and develop team members to improve skills and productivity.
∎ Any other task provided by management time to time
