Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor or Diploma (Educational Qualification may be relaxed in case of candidate with extraordinary ability and experience)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To look after and oversee the technical aspects of research and development of an exclusive garments and fabric manufacturing factory.
∎ To develop the samples with required wash/treatment along with several proposition.
∎ Measure samples point by point when submitted to buyer
∎ Establish, monitor and maintain standards of product categories and ensure consistency across all buyers.
∎ Provide all necessary technical assistance to sampling and research and development jobs.
∎ Responsible for accurate record keeping of samples and communication regarding product specifications.
∎ Co-ordinate with Quality and Merchandising Team.
∎ Ensure the optimum productivity and give necessary guidelines/ support to meet the buyers' standards and to check that the quality is maintained in all the processes.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 65 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
