Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Master of Social Science (MSS)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Project Management, Program Management, Field or Project Organizer, Program Officer/ Manager, Project Coordinator/ Officer, Project planning
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Draft project proposal and budget for Zakat distribution through different programs
∎ Formulate different methods of implementation of programs
∎ Assign task and responsibilities to concerned staffs
∎ Determine human resource requirement for operational purpose
∎ Coordinate with all program personnel
∎ Coordinate the program with different stakeholders
∎ Enhance capacity of the staff members through appropriate training
∎ Maintain contact with other organisations for operational purpose
∎ Supervise and guide the designated project managers in implementation process at field level
∎ Monitor and supervise the overall project activities
∎ Uphold moral responsibility of the staff at implementation level.
∎ Ensure qualitative program implementation
∎ Ensure transparency & accountability in all activities
∎ Present progress report on regular basis to HOO and CEO and apprise them of the updates as and when necessary
∎ Support the HOO and CEO in relevant activities of the CZM
∎ Act as bridge between CZM HQ and project managers
∎ Represent the organisation in various forums
∎

Salary:
∎ Tk. 69000 (Monthly)
∎ 69,000 (Sixty Nine Thousand Taka) & Negotiable
