Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regional target setting & action plan for achieving company objectives.
∎ Channel partner management.
∎ Spearhead in increasing volumes across Channel sales.
∎ Formulating Marketing & Sales policy for Electrical & Electronics Products with the guidance and inspiration of the management.
∎ Work in a team and take the lead through direct supervision.
∎ Visiting competitors Dealers & Customers for Market intelligence & prospects. And able to prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports of Market Information, Visit Reports and Market analysis based on statistics.
∎ Ensure regular supervising for timely deliveries working with distribution, production and collect payments.
∎ Keep close contact with production, distribution department to ensure timely order and regular supply of products.
∎ Plan periodical visits to the Corporate Clients and Develop New Buyer.
∎ Work with Team and supervise and lead a team in preparing Marketing strategy for successful and profitable market launching and regular market development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skill in both Bengali and English.
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed for the candidate who has experience on substation marketing.
∎ Excellent computer and reporting skills are required.
