Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum four years graduation/post-graduation with at least 10-15 years relevant work experience in similar job particularly in Marketing and Customer Services.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and monitor performance index of the hospitals and report to Managing Director on a regular basis
∎ Identify the gap in service and suggest areas of improvement
∎ Closely maintain liaison and coordination with DGHS and other Government organizations/regularity bodies
∎ Maintain and keep all compliance related documents as per DGHS, Labor law and other requirements
∎ Develop procedures for quality assurance, patient services, departmental activities and public relations and delivering the best quality of patient care
∎ Develop and maintain relationship with Partner organizations including the medical community, referring physicians, and the media
∎ Arrange continual seminars, workshops, event management and increasing publicity/marketing/outreach programs of the hospital
∎ Edit and update company website, newsletter, other regular communication media
∎ Design promotional and communication materials
∎ Supervising audit department of the organization
∎ Identify potential suppliers based on requirements
∎ Ensure timely process of purchase orders. Negotiate contracts, terms and deadlines with vendors and suppliers
∎ Maintain and make renewal of all necessary license/certificates/ permits of the hospitals
∎ Monitor all types of utility bills and arrange on time bill payments of the hospitals
∎ Perform any other job as assigned by the higher authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in English and Bangla
∎ Should have good report writing and language skills both in Bangla and English
∎ Proficient in PC skills particularly in MS Office Strong analytical and problem solving skills
