∎ B.Sc / M.Sc in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from any reputed University.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Standard Operating Procedure for maintaining all machinery and implement the SOP in a timely manner.
∎ The person will be required to look after the Maintenance functions of highly sophisticated garments factories machineries.
∎ Take the charges of overall of maintenance functions of all the garments factories and supervising the functions of Maintenance In-charges of all the factories delivering products to top-class customers in USA/ Europe and being responsible for the successful maintenance of machineries to meet the required quality of the garments produced and delivered.
∎ Answerable for all mechanical & electrical maintenance functions of all the factories under supervision.
∎ Provide guidance to Maintenance In-charges of the factories for smooth and uninterrupted running factories production.
∎ Making plan for the overall maintenance jobs of the factories to ensure that all the necessary machines, equipment/electrical systems are ready and all the necessary measures are taken for the smooth performance of the factories.
∎ Taking care of machines / equipment and other maintenance functions to ensure that the production is no way hampered.
∎ Discuss with Technical/QC/ Industrial Engineering (IE) personnel to address the maintenance procedure and meet the quality requirements and receive their instructions/recommendations and act accordingly. Pass such instructions/recommendations to all the maintenance in-charges throughout the factories.
∎ Plan and handle maintenance procedure in a way that ensures minimum involvement of time, manpower and other resources while delivering the optimum production and quality.
∎ Make sure that, the maintenance personnel are aware of the quality and related maintenance requirement of the particular buyers and train and educate them to maintain the machinery/equipment/ maintenance measures needed for the quality requirements throughout the production processes.
∎ Plan, supervise and coordinate the activities of scheduled maintenance.
∎ Providing technical support for all equipment to ensure proper functioning and protection against equipment failure.
∎ Supervise diagnosis of faults and arranging repair of equipment/machinery.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by management as per company requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Well conversant about machinery and efficient utilization of energies.
∎ Capable to guide/monitor the maintenance team.
∎ Practical experience on operation & maintenance of garments factory.
∎ Strong leadership capability, self-driven & team building efficiency.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Knowledge of Internet & E-mail and other MS office programs.
