∎ Bang Jin (A group of Companies in the Geo-Textile & Home-textile Business) is looking for a "Deputy General Manager (Factory Operation)" has 10 years of work experience in complex Manufacturing unit.
∎ Job location: Borobari, Gazipur

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for effective Production planning, operational control of product and the process. Follow up sales order, make to stock
∎ Responsible for optimize Capacity Balancing, Machine Utilization, Scheduling and shift management and Maximize Production out-put.
∎ Assure quality and ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of production wastage, rejection, alteration, over cutting, over production, and extra hour work
∎ Ensure proper utilization of man, machine and material for optimum productivity
∎ Responsible for raw material planning, forecasting, logistical and warehousing coordination

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 Years working experience in the similar industry
∎ The applicants should have experience in Production Management Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Administration

Salary:
∎ Negotiable, Salary will be decided based on experience.
