∎ Age 30 to 42 years
∎ Minimum 4 to 8 years' experience and at least 2 years of experience in current job in Geo Textile/Spinning/Non-woven/Textile manufacturing industries.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Location: Sreepur (Gazipur District). Have to stay near factory premises.
∎ A group of companies in the Geo Textile & Padding manufacturing business)
∎ To ensure smooth operation of all machineries.
∎ Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to schedule maintenance activities that minimize disruption to operations.
∎ Uptime & Maintenance (Regular & preventive): Minimize production down time below approved level (target level).
∎ To coordinate in Installation/ Maintenance of Mechanical equipment and tools to facilitate the achievement of on time quality production.
∎ To prepare action plan for routine maintenance to prevent breakdown of machines & utilities used in production.
∎ To supervise on assigned mechanical maintenance activities, assign people and coordinate with responsible parties/suppliers.
∎ To keep a historical record of breakdown and remedial actions of production machines and utilities of the factory.
∎ To implement standard preventive maintenance covering all the machineries of the Factory.
∎ Spare parts availability & consumption Management.
∎ For new project: making & execute the plan of electrical power system, installation & machine commissioning.
∎ Process improvements, cost optimization, standardization, and automation to streamline maintenance operations and innovative technologies to enhance overall departmental efficiency.
