Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare information regarding specifications, materials, equipment, estimated costs and working time as per project size.
∎ Conduct commercial negotiation with customer.
∎ Prepare technical & commercial offer for customer.
∎ Category wise prospect visit
∎ a. Government Organization
∎ b. Private Organization
∎ c. Professional Source (Eng., Contactors, Applicators)
∎ d. Private Owner
∎ Getting appointment from prospect through email/over phone.
∎ Received work order from customer.
∎ Ability to enlist contactor & applicators for waterproofing work.
∎ Participate in Government Tender.
∎ Enlistment in Government/Non-Government Organization.
∎ Ensure smooth co-ordination among contractor, subcontractor and related stakeholders for on time project completion.
∎ Meet potential clients and maintain close liaison with technical department and explain them the use of the product.
∎ Site visit for ongoing work follow up.
∎ To ensure timely completion of works as per planned schedule.
∎ Maintain all relevant documents with evidence.
∎ Prepare monthly or weekly report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 34 years
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) and presentation skills.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented mindset for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure (pro-active attitude) and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to maintain client relation.
∎ Have sound knowledge and practical experience in MS Office.
∎ Good command over English and Report writing.
