• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or relevant discipline

• Preferred: Diploma/Certification in Logistics or Inventory Management

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), IT Enabled Service, Shipping, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Packaging Industry, Cement Industry, Steel

• Age At least 25 years

• Experience: 2–5 years in depot, warehouse, or distribution operations

• Industry Preference: Medical Equipment / FMCG / Distribution / Logistics

• ERP/WMS operational experience preferred

1. Purpose Of The Position

Ensure efficient depot operations, inventory control, system coordination, and dispatch execution to support seamless distribution and timely product delivery operations.

2. Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities

• Supervise daily depot operations and dispatch activities

• Maintain inventory accuracy and stock movement records

• Coordinate inbound and outbound product handling activities

• Operate and maintain ERP/WMS/data entry systems accurately

• Ensure timely processing of delivery documentation and challans

• Monitor loading, unloading, and route coordination activities

• Maintain depot safety, housekeeping, and operational discipline

• Coordinate with transport and distribution teams for smooth execution

• Track delivery status and resolve operational discrepancies

• Ensure compliance with SOPs and inventory control procedures

• Prepare depot operational reports and stock summaries

• Support continuous improvement in depot efficiency and accuracy
