Now, we are seeking a dynamic & energetic person to join us as “Depot In-Charge”. The candidate has to perform following responsibilities:
Monitor and Control of overall Depot operations.
Closely supervise storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods to distributors` point in different locations and delivery data entry into the system.
Coordinate timely order collection/receiving, processing and follow up proper invoicing for stock out from store for onward supply in time according to the customers need.
Prepare different types of report e.g. inventory report, SKU wise report, damage report, products aging report, etc.
Monitor daily stock and products requirement status as per demand.
Prepare operational budget & ensure that operational cost within the budget
Ensuring safety & compliance of the depot.
