Educational Requirements:
∎ 4 years Graduation or Post Graduation in any discipline from UGC approved university

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to mobilize Term deposit and CASA deposit
∎ Achieve individual sales target along with sourcing potential customers
∎ Demonstrating and presenting all types of Bank's product to the potential customer
∎ Maintain effective business relationship with Bank's customer and cross-selling approach
∎ Sourcing, managing and coordinating sales and service related activities
∎ Ensure proper service to customer including collection and completion of application with all required documents
∎ Preparing daily, monthly and weekly sales report

Additional Requirements:
∎ Fresher are encouraged to apply, but experience in similar exposure in banking sector will be an added advantage
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Flexible, result driven and able to work independently to achieve sales target

Salary: Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
