Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in dentistry from government recognized institute
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Provide qualitative dental service to the patient.
∎ Prescribe Medicines which are available in indoor supply and also prescribe those medicine which are accessible & affordable for the patients.
∎ Availing existing Laboratory investigational facilities including Dental X-ray in regular clinical service.
∎ To manage any emergency patient and refer as per condition of the patient to the District Hospital in coordination with program manager.
∎ To autoclave dental instrument for sterilization- Daily
∎ To organize school program for screening and treatment.
∎ To attend Dental surgery camp for post-operative, follow up of the patient.
∎ To counsel patient and patient attendance regarding Dental surgical procedure and take consent for Minor operation and tooth extraction.
∎ To attend specialized dental consultancy camp as assistant of consultant.
∎ To check and provide Dental camp medicine requisition to Program Manager considering medicines quality and cost effectiveness.
∎ To make daily quality checklist with ensuring Dental assets status (functional or not) – Daily
∎ To maintain Patient Record Register-Daily
∎ To maintain Secondary Dental camp register to record patients details for further query.
∎ To prepare and send monthly dental service data to MIS through Program Manager
∎ To Inform and disseminate program activities to the community leaders, allied persons and FCMs through outreach and BCC team
∎ To attend Training on Infection Prevention Practice.
∎ To attend Capacity, build up sessions/Training on Clinical aspects arranged by Program Manager.
∎ To attend Monthly Coordination meeting organized by program Manager regarding Conflict management, other domestic problems and decision making.
∎ To attend Monthly meeting with regarding Clinical Issues, monthly performance and visits.
∎ Coordination with local chairmen, village doctor, teacher and other relevant local stakeholder.

∎ Excellent communication skill.
∎ Excellent computer skills.
∎ Excellent in English language skills.
∎ Highly committed & motivated to work in remote places.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills.
