Job Responsibilities:
∎ To utilize your in-dept experience in denim and woven items.
∎ To utilize your in-dept experience of wet and dry washing processes/techniques and to develop arrange samples with required wash.
∎ To check and monitor all stages of denim processing from the washing plant to follow up/maintain quality and requirement of the buyer.
∎ To report to Dept Head and QC Manager every morning with written reports and to brief them on order and sampling updates.
∎ To identify and to implement action plans against any kind of quality-related issues and to ensure supplier follows correct dry and wet processes/techniques.
∎ To work as a team with Merchandising team to execute and process orders and sampling requirements.
∎ To write clear, organized and detailed Reports.
∎ To work ethically and professionally with suppliers in ensuring strict quality control from new sampling developments to Final Inspection.

∎ Age at most 35 years

∎ The applicant must possess the following:-
∎ Must have experience and knowledge in all apparel product categories is better.
∎ Honest and have strong work ethics with no ego/attitude problems.
∎ Self-motivated, proactive, hardworking, team player, efficient and capable in working under pressure.
∎ Have excellent written English Skills and fluent in speaking English.
∎ Proficient in MS Office especially Excel Spreadsheets.
∎ Proficient in Database application.
∎ Must have experience in Denim.
∎ Takes the initiative to immediately resolve and trouble shoot problems.
∎ Must be fluent in written and verbal English
∎ Good command in English to speak or written, communicate with HKG merchandising team for report daily work.
∎ To provide support work with HKG team and ensure to keep check with factory product quality improvement.
∎ Must have strong garment technical understanding on garment construction.
∎ Positive, hardworking and strong communication skills.
