Responsibilities & Context:
- Prepare consistent, high quality food products and entrées.
- Coordinate with immediate supervisors, along with Executive Chef and kitchen team in preparation of continental entrées.
- Maintaining high standard recipes and presentation. Maintaining cost control policies.
- Maintaining Hygiene and HACCP guidelines Adhere to AEEA regulations and policies pertaining to health, food safety and hygiene.
- Supervise and assist Commis if needed.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as instructed by COO or CAO.
