Experience:
Advanced certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP or PGD in Supply Chain Management are preferred.
CIPS qualification will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in demand planning tools (e.g., SAP APO, Oracle Demantra, or other forecasting software).
Knowledge of statistical modeling and forecasting techniques.
Demonstrated experience in driving forecast accuracy improvements and aligning demand with operational execution.
Hands-on experience with S&OP and S&OE processes.
Capacity to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights.
Attention to detail and capability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
Develop statistical demand forecasts based on historical sales, market trends, and promotional activities.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to integrate business intelligence into demand planning.
Monitor forecast accuracy and implement corrective actions to improve reliability.
Coordinate with supply planners and production teams to align demand with capacity and inventory targets.
Lead monthly demand review meetings as part of the S&OP process.
Generate reports and dashboards to provide visibility into forecast performance and demand trends.
Identify demand risks and opportunities to support proactive business decision-making.
Leverage ERP and forecasting tools to streamline planning processes.
