• Experience: 1–3 years in delivery, logistics, or distribution support roles preferred

• Industry Preference: Distribution / Logistics / FMCG / Medical Equipment

1. Purpose Of The Position

Support timely and accurate delivery operations by assisting loading, unloading, product handling, and customer delivery activities to ensure smooth distribution execution.

2. Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities

• Assist in loading and unloading products safely and efficiently

• Support delivery execution according to assigned routes and schedules

• Verify delivery quantities and product conditions during dispatch

• Assist drivers during delivery and customer handover activities

• Ensure proper handling of medical equipment and sensitive items

• Maintain delivery documents, challans, and acknowledgment records

• Support vehicle cleanliness and delivery readiness activities

• Report delivery issues, shortages, or damages promptly

• Follow safety procedures during transportation and handling

• Assist in return product handling and reverse logistics activities
