Experience:

• At least 3 years

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor’s degree in CSE / IT / ECE/ EEE or equivalent from a recognized university

• Certifications such as CDCP, CDCS, or Data Center Infrastructure Specialist will be an added advantage

• At least 3 years

• Age At most 32 years

• 3-7 Years practical experience in in data center operations, facilities maintenance, or infrastructure management

• Experience with UPS, precision air conditioning, fire suppression systems, and access control is required

• Experience in financial institutions or Tier-III/Tier-IV DC environments will be preferred

• Perform roster duty to ensure 24/7 operational availability of al data center infrastructure including power (UPS, PDU, generators), cooling (CRAC, HVAC), and physical security systems

• Monitor and maintain data center environment — temperature, humidity, airflow, cleanliness, and access control

• Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and incident response for electrical, mechanical, and IT-support infrastructure

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for equipment servicing and upgrades

• Support server, storage, and network teams during hardware installation, patching, or troubleshooting

• Maintain structured cabling, labeling, and inventory of DC/DRS equipment

• Maintain logs and documentation for facility systems, access records, SLA compliance, and audit support

• Participate in DR drills, failover testing, and emergency recovery operations

• Report alarms, irregularities, and incidents promptly and escalate as per SOP

• Comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards including Bangladesh Bank and ISO guidelines
