Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced Database Architect with excellent knowledge and experience in building data platforms. You should have outstanding knowledge of data architecture with storing techniques and modalities.
∎ To be successful in this role, you should have extensive knowledge of database structures to create and maintain database solutions. You should have the knowledge to examine new data systems and implement migration models. The main responsibility of this role is to oversee complete conceptual and logical data systems compatible with modern business solutions.
∎ As a company, our aim is to build quality software solutions / products and contribute towards the Information Technology industry.
∎ This role will also need to lead the tech team for development and deployment.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designing and implementing efficient data platforms and models to store and retrieve big data
∎ Creating and maintaining data storage and retrieval policies and procedures
∎ Analyzing data models as per requirements
∎ Developing database from the existing data and checking it for errors
∎ Evaluating and designing data models efficiently and making optimization recommendations
∎ Interacting and working closely with other IT units to improve computing environment
∎ Identifying and recognizing probable areas that need changes in order to improve data structure
∎ Establishing logical atmosphere for size-able data models for large application
∎ Determining analytical and effective data design for cutting-edge business solution
∎ Managing data for rapidly changing database models and enterprise architecture
∎ Be updated with latest trends and technology practices
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience as database architect / database manager in software firms
∎ Proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL) and familiarity with SQL Server
∎ Knowledge of database practices and legal regulations
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Strong leadership skills
∎ Ability to manage time effectively
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Excellent computer skills
∎ Knowledge of database management systems like FoxPro, SQLite, and Oracle
∎ Up-to-date with the latest trends in the IT industry
∎ Highly motivated and detail-oriented
∎ Good decision-making skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Demonstrating integrity and confidentiality
∎ Ability to manage multiple tasks
∎ Excellent technical skills
