• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
• Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Shahjalal University of Science & Technology students will get preference

• Minimum (10–15) years of proven experience in project management.

• Should have practical experience in doing Financial Analysis and technical analysis as per the engineering drawing.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, BOQ & rate analysis, design interpretation, structural calculation, quality control, and procurement & BNBC guidelines.

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in project management tools, AutoCAD and MS Office applications.

• The applicants should have experience in the following technical area(s): Pile Works, Steel Structural works, River Embankment works, concrete mix design variations, making of Bridge, Building, Roads & Highway work, Water Treatment Plant, Sluice gate etc. 

• Proven track record in managing large-scale commercial/ Govt. construction projects like RHD, BWDB, LGED, PWD, REB etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Oversight & Coordination

• Lead and manage end-to-end project execution, from planning to handover.

• Supervise and monitor vendors/third parties to ensure work is carried out according to approved designs, specifications, and timelines.

• Coordinate between engineers, vendors, Gov’t liaison and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

• Sourcing, Procurement & Logistics

• Oversee and coordinate with Supply Chain Management team for the sourcing of materials, equipment, and services in line with project needs and budgets.

• ·Negotiate with vendors and suppliers for quality products at competitive prices.

• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to prevent project delays.

• Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Implement and monitor quality assurance processes for all project deliverables.

• Ensure all works meet safety, environmental, and building code standards.

• Conduct regular site inspections and address deviations from approved plans.

• Budget & Timeline Management

• Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and schedules.

• Monitor cost control measures to ensure financial efficiency without compromising quality.

• Identify and mitigate risks to avoid delays or overruns.

• Reporting & Stakeholder Management

• Provide regular progress updates to senior management and the board.

• Maintain strong relationships with Project Managers, Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and regulatory bodies.
