Job Responsibilities:
∎ Study all drawing and maintain work accordingly.
∎ Brief analysis of tender document and BOQ
∎ Master schedule preparation.
∎ Progress tracking as per master schedule.
∎ Budget preparation.
∎ Monitoring for requisition preparation.
∎ Coordination for materials delivery on time.
∎ Checking the quality of materials.
∎ Coordinate with other departments.
∎ Work planning preparation.
∎ Safety & security management.
∎ Time to time meeting and reporting with project personnel's
∎ Coordinate with the billing department.
∎ Coordinate with logistic department.
∎ Develop and supervise project monitoring, controlling and communications management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 years' Experience on civil constructions
∎ The applicants should have PMP degree will be an added Advantage
∎ Work execution as per design, drawing and specification.
∎ Quality of work.
∎ Proper utilized of manpower and materials
∎ Reduce wastage
∎ Timely hand over the project
∎ Safety management.

Salary: Negotiable
