Project Oversight & Coordination

·                  Lead and manage end-to-end project execution, from planning to handover.

·                  Supervise and monitor vendors/third parties to ensure work is carried out according to approved designs, specifications, and timelines.

·                  Coordinate between engineers, vendors, Govʼt liaison and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

Sourcing, Procurement & Logistics

·                  Oversee and coordinate with Supply Chain Management team for the sourcing of materials, equipment, and services in line with project needs and budgets.

·                  Negotiate with vendors and suppliers for quality products at competitive prices.

·                  Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to prevent project delays. Quality Assurance & Compliance

·                  Implement and monitor quality assurance processes for all project deliverables.

·                  Ensure all works meet safety, environmental, and building code standards.

·                  Conduct regular site inspections and address deviations from approved plans. Budget & Timeline Management

·                  Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and schedules.

·                  Monitor cost control measures to ensure financial efficiency without compromising quality.

·                  Identify and mitigate risks to avoid delays or overruns. Reporting & Stakeholder Management

·                  Provide regular progress updates to senior management and the board.

·                  Maintain strong relationships with Project Managers, Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and regulatory bodies.
