Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure regular entry of all qualitative data & Quantitative data in the central server system
∎ Ensure daily data management and maintaining communications with all data sources of internal and external
∎ Monthly analysis of hospital data and presentation as require in the different workshop and meetings
∎ Support in any troubleshooting of any IT and data related activities
∎ Ensure all unit’s information of the hospital including daily data, clinical achievement, outputs, medicines etc are updated in soft database.
∎ Arrange periodic training for capacity building of staffs on data management and IT management
∎ Maintenance of all computers and its software and apps base applications up to date
∎ Submit monthly consumptions of computer & It based logistics required. Request supplies/orders, do stock, storage conditions follow-up, keep inventory.
∎ Ensuring proper maintenance of computer & other electronics hardware works
∎ Ready to work in emergency situations to fix the sanitation problem.
∎ Submit monthly report and presentation in monthly meeting
∎ Perform such other duties that may be assigned by the Supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least two years of experience in – troubleshooting of hardware, software, web design, DHIS2, Apps management, SPSS, Power BI etc.
∎ Knowledge and experience with working in field Hospitals, public health sector, medical emergencies will be advantageous.
∎ Ability to work effectively under pressure in hardship situations and harmoniously within a team of colleagues from varied cultures and professional backgrounds.
∎ Ability to work independently under minimal supervision;
∎ Required Competency:

Salary:
∎ Monthly gross salary for this position is BDT 28,064.00.
