• Subject-based content knowledge with 6 months to 1 year’s data collection experience.

• Experience in survey/data enumerator/M&E/MIS, verification, and supporting peers in professional development is preferable.

• Experience in data collection through an online-based platform, e.g. KOBO.

• Proficiency in Chittagonian/Rohingya language is preferred.

• Work experience in the Rohingya refugee camp context is preferable.

Job Context:

• Contract duration: 6 months

• 90% travel, approximately to camps and host community areas.

Key Tasks and Assignments:

• Conduct interviews with individuals to collect MEL data.

• Follow NRC’s guidelines, procedures, and protocols when collecting and recording data.

• Verify data for accuracy and completeness.

• Conduct follow-up interviews as necessary to obtain missing or incomplete data.

• Report any issues, concerns, or recommendations on ensuring NRC’s service quality to the Supervisor.

• Perform work in a designated geographical area, either by walking or traveling to specified locations

• Be available to work a schedule as assigned, including weekends and evenings, as required.

• Support to conduct regular spot checks and visits to NRC static points to ensure proper functioning and compliance with established standards as assigned.

• Support to conduct orientation sessions and support the community feedback mechanism team to ensure active participation and address concerns.

• Organize and facilitate Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) to gather community insights and feedback on relevant issues.

• Execute Key Informant Interviews (KIIs) with relevant stakeholders to collect valuable qualitative data.

• Ensure confidentiality and security of data, adhering to the data protection policy

• Utilize electronic devices, i.e, a Tablet to record data, ensuring the proper care, maintenance, and security of any devices or equipment provided for project-related tasks.

• Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned by the line manager in support of project objectives and organizational goals.

Skilled Level 05 in NRC`s Contingent workers Salary Scale monthly Gross Salary is 33,000 BDT (If someone works more/less than a complete month then the payment will be calculated on a pro-rata basis as per actual attendance.)
