∎ The primary task is to handle calls from customers or clients (USA) and provide them with a solution to their queries.
∎ Employment Status: Full-Time (7:00 PM - 4:00 AM)

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): BPO Industries, Call center executive, Client service skills
∎ Excellent English communication skills in both writing & and speaking. Bilingual speakers will get an advantage
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply (Only If he/she has an excellent command of the English language)
∎ Experience in BPO industries, call centers, and telemarketing

Salary: Negotiable
