Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Information Technology or B.Sc. in Computer Science or related fields.
∎ Technical skills/certification required: Big Data, Data Science, Data Analytics or related fields.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Acquire data from various databases and Central Data Repository (CDR) to perform data analysis.
∎ Extract data from primary and secondary sources by using automated tools and perform data cleaning.
∎ Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in existing data sets and share with MIS stakeholders.
∎ Prepare final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.
∎ Responsible for carrying out complex analysis of datasets and conduct appropriate data validation.
∎ Define and deliver metrics, reporting platforms, dashboards, and analytical models vital for tracking and managing the programme implementation by sectors.
∎ Responsible for spotting vital insights and developing the framework of the organization’s data system for programme improvement and decision making.
∎ Provide information on analytic results to business and functional leaders using visualizations to communicate data and metrics, including data maps, leveraging Tableau, etc.
∎ Coordinate with Application Development team for defining data requirement and developing data model, reporting templates and dashboards both for new and existing applications following Data Management SOP.
∎ Participate in User Acceptance Test (UAT) stage of application development to comply data requirement accomplishment for the application.
∎ Processing confidential data and information according to organizational policy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Data Analysis, Data management, Data Science, ERP software, Information Management, Management Information System (MIS) etc.
∎ Knowledge of programs such as XML, APIs, SQL, and statistical programs such as SAS and SPSS, programming language like: Python, R, Java depending on the data analytics requirements.
∎ Practical working experience about data analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, Zoho Analytics, Excel, Salesforce Einstein Analytics etc.
∎ Experience of data analysis techniques and statistical methodologies.
∎ Knowledge on NGO sector programme data management would be a plus point.
