∎ • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering from any reputed university.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Install company software suite.
∎ Configure and ensure software changes to system to assist in organizational changes.
∎ Analyze system and compile system change needs as requested.
∎ Inspect changes before performs user acceptance testing
∎ Handle User Acceptance, Outage Notification and Change Control procedures and documentation.
∎ Coordinate with Vendor to resolve issues.
∎ Extend user support and training at factory level to familiarize with the platform and data entry into it.
∎ Record and manage specific implementation user guides for application's user community.
∎ Provide timely, high-quality responses to external and internal questions and escalations.
∎ Strive to resolve problems in early stages.
∎ Operate within the Support procedures, standards and policies.
∎ Achieve individual and team performance goals.
