Minimum 2 years of work experience in data input & management, analysis or similar field.
Fluency in English.
Prior experience in database management, CRM will be considered asset.
Capacity to represent the ICRC and its objectives in dealing with challenging contacts.

WHO WE ARE
The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) works worldwide to provide protection and humanitarian assistance to people affected by conflict and armed violence. We take action in response to emergencies and at the same time promote respect for international humanitarian law. We are an independent and neutral organization, and our mandate stems essentially from the Geneva Conventions of 1949. We work closely with National Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies and with their International Federation in order to ensure a concerted, rational and rapid humanitarian response to the needs of the victims of armed conflict or any other situation of internal violence. We direct and coordinate the international activities conducted in these situations.
THE PURPOSE
The Data Administrator administers data collected by the ICRC to support its activities on behalf of people entitled to ICRC protection & assistance under international humanitarian law.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains large datasets, ensuring timely and error-free input of information into CRM365 database
Ensures quality and coherence of relevant data, identifies gaps, inconsistencies, needs and take necessary mitigation measures.
Liaise with different counterparts to follow-up related to protection issues.
Supports data consolidation, produces reports and provides analysis.
Ensures data compliance & data security.
Archives individual files.
