Educational Requirements:
∎ Four-year university degree or MSc degree or Post Graduate Diploma in the field of computer science/Information Technology and 6 years of equivalent work experience.
∎ Certifications in CEH/CISA/CISSP/CISM/ISO 27001 – ISMS/ COBIT/ITIL/ Cisco or other IT security-related.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategy & Planning:
∎ Create and maintain the enterprise’s security architecture design.
∎ Create, and maintain the enterprise’s security awareness training program.
∎ Create and maintain the enterprise’s security documents (policies, standards, baselines, guidelines, and procedures).
∎ Create and maintain the enterprise’s Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery Plan, where appropriate.
∎ Acquisition & Deployment:
∎ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the IT security industry including awareness of new or revised security solutions, improved security processes, and the development of new attacks and threat vectors.
∎ Select and acquire additional security solutions or enhancements to existing security solutions to improve overall enterprise security as per the enterprise’s existing procurement processes.
∎ Oversee the deployment, integration, and initial configuration of all new security solutions and of any enhancements to existing security solutions in accordance with standard best operating procedures generically and the enterprise’s security documents specifically.
∎ Operational Management:
∎ Protects system by defining access privileges, control structures, and resources.
∎ Recognizes problems by identifying abnormalities; reporting violations.
∎ Implements security improvements by assessing current situation; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
∎ Determines security violations and inefficiencies by conducting periodic audits.
∎ Upgrades system by implementing and maintaining security controls.
∎ Keeps users informed by preparing performance reports; communicating system status.
∎ Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
∎ Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Exceptional knowledge of IT Security service and application delivery, as well as successful service level agreement accomplishments.
∎ 05 years of experience working in the Security industry.
∎ Extensive experience in enterprise security architecture design & document creation.
∎ Experience in designing and delivering employee security awareness training.
∎ Experience in developing Business Continuity Plans and Disaster Recovery Plans.
∎ Experience in managing System, Network, Application, and Database security.
∎ Experience in Firewall, IPS, IDS, Email Gateway, Web Gateway, Web Application Firewall, Endpoint protection, and Encryption security solutions.
∎ Strong understanding of IP, TCP/IP, and other network administration protocols.
∎ Familiarity with System Administration, Network Security, Problem Solving, Information Security Policies, Informing Others, Process Improvement, On-Call, Network Troubleshooting, Firewall Administration, Network Protocols, Routers, Hubs, and Switches.
∎ Demonstrated leadership and personnel/project management skills.
∎ Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
∎ Ability to perform general mathematical calculations for the purpose of creating needs assessments, budgets, and so on.
∎ Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
