Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To setup cutting section by optimizing utilization of Qualityful personnel with correct ratio & efficient worker.
∎ To implement cutting management system.
∎ To Make plan the schedule for the month ahead, oversee the work being carried out and make sure targets are met while achieving required quality standards.
∎ To ensure cutting quality.
∎ To ensure minimize fabric wastage & Maximization use.
∎ To prepare size-set with pattern adjustment.
∎ To Develop the Team & Lead them for smooth operation of Cutting.
∎ Maintain 100% Compliance at Cutting operation & Department.
∎ Received the fabric from store as per consumption.
∎ Make the Cutting plan as per production plan & check shipment Schedule.
∎ Differentiate the fabric as per Quality segregation.
∎ Cross Check the QC report with the physical receiving.
∎ Cross check the fabric booking sheet with buyer P.O sheet.
∎ Cross check the P.P sample before start bulk cutting.
∎ Cross check the fabric shrinkage before bulk cutting & pattern adjust then start bulk cut.
∎ Obtain the QC approval for the sample /size set & bulk cut accordingly.
∎ Insure the relaxed as per type the fabric & quality rule.
∎ Lay inspection Marking & Cutting the fabric accordingly.
∎ Ensure numbering are made actually.
∎ Bundling the cut panel as per order wise.
∎ Conform the replace cutting roll to roll before input to swing line.
∎ Line input shall be given as per line plan.
∎ Keep liaison with all related concern Merchandiser/ Pm/ Quality responsible/ Factory head other for day to day work.
∎ Have to supervise the floor and meet the target.
∎ to communicate with top management and follow the instruction to meet the target.
∎ Identify the required training for own team members and conduct periodical training/awareness programs to enhance their knowledge and skills.
∎ Listen to the worker's problem directly and to solve their problem.
∎ To follow the human rights policy for every individual and also unitedly.
∎ To follow the Labour Act and regulations of the company to maintain discipline.
∎ To perform any other jobs/ duties as needed / assigned.z
