Responsibilities & Context:
- Planning and coordinating the cutting department of both open width and tubular floor of 1 lac pcs per day.
- Must have experience in both tubular cutting and open width and have good knowledge in sweat fabrics cutting.
- Monitor production output, identifying and addressing any issues that may impact efficiency or quality.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as production, quality control, and logistics, to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials.
- Prepare all kind of reports related to cutting department.
- Communicate with dyeing factory for any kind of fabric delivery or quality issue.
- Ability to run floor with maximum efficiency with minimum manpower.
