Experience:

To ensure the long-term growth and satisfaction of our partners, we are looking for a dedicated Customer & Vendor Success Executive. In this role, you will be the bridge between our platform and our merchants, ensuring they have the tools, knowledge, and support needed to thrive.
The Role
As a Customer & Vendor Success Executive, your primary mission is to turn newly onboarded merchants into highly active, successful, and loyal sellers on Asthafy. You will act as a consultant, problem-solver, and relationship manager, helping business owners navigate the platform, optimize their storefronts, and maximize their revenue while minimizing churn and inactivity.
Key Responsibilities
Merchant Activation & Follow-up: Proactively follow up with recently onboarded and interested merchants on a regular basis to ensure they become active, selling participants on the platform.
Platform Guidance: Provide hands-on guidance to merchants regarding product listing, pricing strategies, promotional offers, and overall platform navigation.
Process Education: Clearly explain Asthafy’s operational mechanics, including order flow, delivery processes, return systems, and payment update cycles.
Troubleshooting & Support: Actively listen to merchant problems, understand their bottlenecks, and provide practical, timely solutions.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a central liaison, coordinating seamlessly with Operations, Vendor Acquisition, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to resolve merchant issues.
Performance Optimization: Analyze merchant sales performance metrics and suggest actionable areas for improvement to help them grow their business.
Campaign Management: Provide dedicated support to merchants during platform-wide campaigns and promotional activities to ensure maximum participation and smooth execution.
Retention & Churn Reduction: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with merchants, actively working to reduce inactivity and merchant churn.
Feedback Loop: Collect on-the-ground merchant feedback and consistently report recurring issues or feature requests to the management team.
