Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer communication across platforms in a professional and timely manner.
Handle end-to-end order lifecycle.
Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
Resolve order issues, delivery delays, and customer concerns with urgency.
