About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing customers via phone to promote services.

• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

• Follow up on inquiries and maintain regular communication with clients.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Handle customer objections professionally and effectively.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.

Requirements

• Must have own laptop/PC Mandatory

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales. in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or a related field will be an advantage.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong persuasive and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software is a plus.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
