Responsibilities & Context:
Initiate outbound calls daily to prospective leads/students from the system.
Pitch training courses and learning packages effectively to convert leads into paid subscriptions.
Achieve daily and monthly sales conversion targets set by the management.
Maintain positive calling etiquettes and punctuality within a supportive and collaborative workspace.
Confidently address client queries, handle objections, counter hesitations, and guide them through our secure mobile payment gateways.
Accurately update call status, client feedback, and lead details in the daily system log/CRM.
