Responsibilities & Context:

Working Hours:

  • 5 am to 2 pm

Weekends:

  • Saturdays & Sundays

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound and inbound sales calls and emails, providing product information and assistance to potential customers. Troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers, providing solutions and escalating issues as needed. 
  • Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling and email outreach, to generate leads and drive revenue growth.
  •  Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product, to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience. 
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by management. Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise: 
  • Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with customers.
  • Technical proficiency, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. 
  • Experience in outbound sales activities, including cold calling and email outreach, is preferred. 
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is a plus. 
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. 
  • Previous experience in a similar role in the technology industry is preferred.
