Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound and inbound sales calls and emails, providing product information and assistance to potential customers. Troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers, providing solutions and escalating issues as needed.
- Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling and email outreach, to generate leads and drive revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product, to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by management. Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
- Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with customers.
- Technical proficiency, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience in outbound sales activities, including cold calling and email outreach, is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role in the technology industry is preferred.
