  • Familiarity with E-commerce platforms (Facebook, WhatsApp, Website Chat, tiktok, Instagram, etc.).

  • Must be punctual, responsible, and a good team player.

We are looking for a passionate and responsible Customer Support Executive who can communicate with customers effectively, resolve their issues, and ensure their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer messages, calls, and social media inquiries in a polite and timely manner.

  • Provide accurate information regarding orders, deliveries, and products.

  • Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and ensure resolution.

  • Suggest suitable products to customers and help increase sales.

  • Maintain and update records of customer orders, returns, and exchanges.

  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
