Must be punctual, responsible, and a good team player.

Respond to customer messages, calls, and social media inquiries in a polite and timely manner.
Provide accurate information regarding orders, deliveries, and products.
Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and ensure resolution.
Suggest suitable products to customers and help increase sales.
Maintain and update records of customer orders, returns, and exchanges.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
